A Few of the Best
Crema has the best baked goods in town. Hands down. And the baristas have won several international awards. Light and airy atmosphere, with big, garage-style rectractable floor-to-ceiling glass doors and rotating local art.
Buckman | 2728 SE Ankeny Street
Serving Stumptown coffee and offering free Wi-Fi in funky, busy cafes full of iMacs and retro sneakers. The Hawthorne cafe is located inside Powells books while the Mississippi cafe was the main location for upcoming "Feast of Love", a feature film starring Greg Kinnear and Morgan Freeman.

Eliot | 4001 N Mississippi Avenue | (503) 284-8928
Petite, artisanal bakery with great espresso and wonderful breads, cookies and pastries. Tiled floors, lots of dark wood, muted walls, high ceilings and lots of windows and light, due to its corner location. Seating is limited.
Pearl | 102 NW 9th Avenue
Modern. Warm. Stylish. "Founder and coffee roaster Din Johnson handcrafts every batch of beans, roasting them on-site in a vintage Probat roaster."
Beaumont-Wilshire | 3520 NE 42nd Avenue
A renowned local roaster with a handful of coffee shops. Not only does Stumptown serve up great coffee and decent pastries in laid-back, artsy cafes, but a great majority of Portland cafes and restaurants serve Stumptown coffee. With reason. The beans are roasted right here in Portland and the owner is known for providing great benefits and working conditions to his employees; building relationships and supporting coffee farmers who are committed to the well-being of their workers, water and land; and donating to local food banks.

Downtown | 128 SW 3rd Avenue | (503) 295-6144
Cute little cafe with tables and couches, serving Stumptown coffee in ugly mugs and featuring local artwork and free Wi-Fi.
